Spicy Cilantro Yogurt Dressing



Serves 4
Prep Time: 5 minutes




INGREDIENTS

1 cup. cilantro

1/2 cup greek yogurt

1/2 tbsp. olive oil

1 tbsp lime juice

1 tsp. coconut sugar

1 clove garlic

1 jalapeno pepper

salt and pepper, to taste



HOW TO MAKE IT
  1. Place all ingredients in blend or food processor and blend until well combined.

  2. Store in refrigerator in a covered container.

Tip: a salad dressing shaker in a great option to measure servings and store until ready for use.
