I know that getting control of your health can feel frustrating, confusing and downright hopeless at times. And it can feel a lot less overwhelming with someone else in the driver's seat.

But in every epic story ever told, the guide's role is short lived. The hero (that's you) must face their challenges alone, but well-prepared and empowered. And they are profoundly changed for it.

My goal is always complete autonomy for my clients. I'll be your guide - I'll give you the resources and help you prepare. But you are the hero and this journey is yours

Hey!

I'm Tammy Taylor -
your coach, guide and biggest cheerleader on a mission to help you overcome the overwhelm and live a beautiful, vibrant and healthy life. 

I've been passionate about wellness for over thirty years. Even in years when my passion didn't align with my choices, it was something set deep in my soul.

 

So, I dabbled. I taught group fitness classes decades ago while stationed overseas. I worked in a hospital providing care to patients while on active duty. And when I transitioned out of a corporate job, I pursued entrepreneurship in the healthcare sector for seniors.

 

Wellness, in some capacity, was always sitting just outside of my every-day life and if I wasn't focused on my own wellness, I was always focused on the wellness of those in my care. 

​

And then I relocated to a sleepy town that brings you back in time. It embraces you with fresh air. Twilight skies display breathtaking sunsets that settle your soul. My new home was an instant reminder that wellness is attained in balance.

Balance is often neglected in our modern all-or-nothing culture. But without balance, no change is sustainable.  

 

In my own personal journey, a goal for balance, not perfection was truly life changing. In a world of instant gratification, I strive to provide a peaceful transition to wellness. We work in an environment where results are not instant and gratification comes with doing the work. In this environment, we find balance, autonomy, and lifelong change.
